Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped US Postal Service unless otherwise requested.

P.O. Boxes

Orders being shipped to U.S. Post Office boxes will be shipped via U.S. Mail.

Delivery Time

Expect 7-14 days for delivery within the continetal U.S. on items that are in stock. If an item is backordered (not in stock), expect up to 6 weeks for delivery depending on the availability of the item from the Manufacturer. Real Action Games has no control of shipping company policies, strikes, etc.

Express Delivery

Items will be shipped express service if all items are in stock. If items are not in stock, your order will be shipped express when they arrive.

Backordered Items

If your order contains items that are on backorder, your order will be shipped in pieces as the items arrive. This will result in additional shipping charges for each item(s) that is shipped. If you would prefer that we hold your order to be shipped when all items are available, please notify us when you place your order.

International Shipping

Items being shipped outside the continental U.S. are normally shipped via U.S. Postal Service Airmail. However, some items may be too large, and will be shipped via Federal Express. If this occurs, an additional shipping charge will apply. We make every attempt to keep all large products updated and note whether or not additional shipping will apply, but in some cases you may be contacted and informed of additional shipping charges if this occurs.

We only ship Airmail outside of the United States. USPS offers a less expensive surface rate, but we will not ship that way because estimated delivery times are 1-2 months.

The United States Post Office estimates 4-7 days for delivery via Airmail, but it may take more or less time depending on your country.

We understand international shipping is very expensive, and we are sorry. At this time, the USPS is by far the cheapest way we can find to ship internationally. We hate to loose your business because of high shipping rates, but we understand if you can not agree to such rates.

Credit Card Fraud Protection
For your protection, we require exact name and address matches for orders using credit cards. The name and address of the person the order is being shipped to must match the name and address of the person the credit card belongs to. Verifying credit card information within the United States is immediate, but verifying credit cards outside of the United States can take up to one week to process. The ability to verify a credit card or not depends on the issuing bank, so some credit cards may not be able to be verified. Processing of orders (especially those outside of the United States) is up to the discretion of Real Action Games. You will be notified via email if we are unable to process your credit card order for any reason. We will not tolerate credit card fraud, and we do our best to protect you. Any fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the United States Secret Service.

Returns

Returns are allowed within 30 days from purchase date after product is shipped back to Real Action Games. Shipping charges are NOT refunded.
